There are all sorts of formal methods, many of dubious value. In my experience this simple formula has proven most valuable:(O + 4*L + P) / 6
Where:
O = Optimistic - "how long will this take if everything goes perfectly and there are no unexpected surprises?"
L = Most Likely - "how long do you think this will take in all likelihood?"
P = Pessimistic - "what's the longest it could take, assuming everything proves harder than expected and there are surprises you haven't anticipated?"
Often just asking those questions leads to better estimation. The exercise of thinking through all of the scenarios that could lead to the Pessimistic estimate, for example, often leads to a more realistic estimate in the other two categories.

In order to make a caller picture full screen, you may download any app from Google PlayStore. Among many apps, Ultimate Caller Screen is a great app that you can download in your Android Phone
Your Android phone comes with a huge screen and you love to see people when they call you. Hence, you must come to know how to enable full screen photo for incoming calls on android, and we are going to let you know every detail in this manner.
Firstly, we need to say that the contact photo comes as one-third of its fullest size, and it is set on by default. So, the rest of the two-third portion seems wastage.
